		<description>Your Right, but your also forgetting what some coaches see in this organization: A chance to have control and not be bossed around by the owner. Everyone knows that Detroit is a premiere job in the fact that you will have the utmost chances of staying for a while. Ford will give you all of the leniency in the world. If you can get a long with Mahew, then you are set.</description>
