Well, They Done Did It.
How do you feel? I feel weird. It’s like… You knew this was going to happen. And it happened in the typically ugly fashion we’re used to…
I don’t know if I really wanted it to happen. They suck, but they are still my team. I was born here… I’m married to it. I can’t feel emotion for other teams like I do for the Lions, though right now, I don’t know if I’m completely emotionally divorced from my team, but I do think we are under going a trial separation.
History was made. Officially the worst team in NFL history, arguably the worst team in the history of modern professional sports.
As a true Lion, I will simply say that “it is what it is”.

Shannon Sharpe = no class
Way to kick the Lions when they’re down, Shannon (please see his halftime comment of Jets-Fins game). Someone needs to fire this no class clown and for the record I am a Bears fan
December 28th, 2008 at 4:03 pmCouldn’t agree more. It is what it is, and we are just stuck with it as lions fans. Well it could be worse right?
December 28th, 2008 at 6:29 pmTampa Bay was worse statistically, but for a long estableshed franchise this is tough.
It seemed to me after Barry Sanders left the Lions were never able to recover
December 29th, 2008 at 6:17 pmI am sorry i just don’t think Ford’ even really cares about fans. He takes all logic and throws it out the window. Basically being a lions fan is like being a fan of a company who knowingly cheats its consumers. Every year we keep buying the same crap over and over and the way i see it We can either decide to give up on the Lions which to me is a complete joke or keep supporting this crap. Frankly i wish the Lions would just leave Detroit they are a disgrace.
