Well… The Decor in this Woodshed is Awful Nice!
One play away. One good play.
But this is a league of the average. The entire game was a wash except a decent pair of runs by Smith and that bomb to Calvin Johnson from our own endzone. Calvin caught the secondary squeezing out a fart and Orlovsky didn’t horrifically under throw him for the first time all day.
Were the points we scored valuable? I don’t know. Honestly. Even though we were technically within striking distance near the end, did you really think they could do it? I want to see a competitive win. I want to see a game where if the other team scores, the Lions ring the bell and answer instead of going down 21 to zero. I still don’t feel that Marinelli and Collete are getting the job done.
Sloppy play by McDonald by the way, drop drop drop drop, and a nice penalty by Foster at the end of the game there. Good job not starting Cherilus guys!
