We all were sucked in at the beginning,  fans and MSM alike. Millen was the model of a blue collar, hardworking, pro bowl caliber player, and was a broadcaster extrodinaire. He had the pedigree, save for the lack of any front office experience. If, right off the bat, he had hired someone to be his right hand man, an assistant GM who knew how a front office should run, who knew personnel, Millen might, I repeat, might, have had a chance to succeed.  Instead...Well, you know what happened.  I know, GTW.
